Gravity Snowsports reserves the right to change the information provided on the Site at any time, and that information provided is for your guidance only.
Gravity Snowsports does not gaurantee the website is free from error but will correct mistakes that have been brought to Gravity Snowsports notice.
Any Links to external websites are provided for your information only and Gravity Snowsports bears no responsibility for those websites or content.
Gravity Snowsports reserves the copyright to the content of the site unless otherwise stated including all images within the gallery and video films. These may not be downloaded copied or redistributed without written permission from Gravity Snowsports. The Gravity Snowsports Logo and image and product names are the intellectual property of Gravity Snowsports.
Confirmed bookings can only be made on-line with the Gravity Snowsports website and once your booking is confirmed terms and conditions become binding.
The person making the on-line booking does so on behalf and with the consent of all others for whom the booking is completed.
Our price does not include insurance for cancellation or medical insurance. You are recommended that you ensure that you have suitable insurance that includes snowsports cover and cover for Ski Racing/Race Training as applicable. Gravity Snowsports will not be liable for any loss incurred through the attendence of a Gravity Snowsports course or lesson.
Gravity Snowsports does not recommend ski activities for persons who are pregnant, have heart, back or neck conditions. If you are in any doubt please consult your doctor for medical advice before booking your Gravity Snowsports session.
Gravity Snowsports reserves the right to deliver only remaining time on your session if you are late, however we will always do our best to accommodate you.
In the absence of negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, neither Gravity Snowsports or associates shall be responsible for the death, personal injury or illness while on Gravity Snowsports activities.
Gravity Snowports will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or any personal property that belongs to any client while undertaking a Gravity Snowsports activity.
Gravity Snowsports would like all of its clients to have a great ski experience. However we reserve the right to terminate without notice and liability the service of any person whose behaviour is such that it is likely, in our reasonable opinion to cause distress, danger, damage, or annoyance to other customers, property or to any third party. If a person is asked to leave a session due to poor or unacceptable behaviour no refund will be given.
Gravity Snowsports recommends that you arrive 30 minutes before your session to allow enough time for you to get changed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of bookings must be provided with 48 hrs notice to allow refund or transfer and 10 days, in writing, for group and school bookings. Any transfers made within 48 hours notice period will be subject to availability with Gravity Snowsports.
Any cancellation made by Gravity Snowsports will be refunded fully but be limited to the cost of the session. No liability is accepted by Gravity Snowsports to any other loss related with the cancellation of the session.
We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or curtailment caused adverse weather conditions, closure or congestion of roads, airports or ports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines and all events beyond our control. Nor can we accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of our contract with you is prevented or affected as a result of such circumstances beyond our control.
The Skiers' Code of Conduct
It is essential that clients are aware of the Skiers Code of Conduct before undertaking a Gravity Snowsports session
1.Always remain in control and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
2. People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
3. Do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.
4. Before starting downhill or merging onto a trail, look uphill and yield to others.
5. If you are involved in or witness a collision or accident, you must remain at the scene and identify yourself to the Ski Patrol.
6. Always use proper devices to help prevent runaway equipment.
7. Observe all posted signs and warnings.
8. Keep off closed trails and closed areas.
9. You must not use any lift or terrain if your ability is impaired through the use of drugs or alcohol.
10. You must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability and knowledge to safely load, ride and unload lifts. If in doubt, ask the lift attendant.
It is your responsibility to know the code and be safety conscious at all times
